Beverly M. Hoey

For more than thirty years, estate planning attorney in Pleasanton Beverly M. Hoey has assisted clients in the full range of estate planning and elder law matters, including all types of trusts, limited conservatorships, health care directives, probate administration and litigation, and elder abuse claims. Ms. Hoey can help you understand probate law, explain what a will does and does not do, and help refinance a house or protect your assets using a trust.
Ms. Hoey began practicing law in 1979, and has been active in the legal community for more than thirty years, serving as President of the Tri Valley Estate Planning Council and as a former Director and President of the Eastern Alameda Bar Association. She is also a member of the Alameda County Bar Association and the sections on Real Property, Probate, and Estate Planning sections of the State Bar of California. In addition, Pleasanton estate planning attorney Beverly Hoey is a Judge Pro-Tem and a Probate Pro-Tem for the Alameda County Superior Court, and serves as a mediator for the cities of Pleasanton, of Fremont, and Hayward.
Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Hoey is a licensed real estate broker and is active in the Rotary Club of Pleasanton. Her community involvement also includes serving on the Board of Trustees for the Pleasanton Cultural Arts Foundation, and the Board of Directors for the Keystone Learning Center for Severely Disabled Adults. In addition, Ms. Hoey is an award-winning artist, honored by California Watercolor Artists.
